Please Remember:
- Applications/requests for District facility use will be accepted beginning August 4, 2025 (8am MST) for the 2025-2026 school year.
- A current Certificate of Liability Insurance naming NCSD as an additional insured MUST accompany an application for facility use, excluding the tennis courts.
- The District requires a minimum of 2 weeks to process all facility use requests. Requests entered into the system inside of this time frame will be automatically denied.
- Once you have submitted the form to be a requester your application will need to be accepted and then you may go in and request the facility.
