All students participating in athletics and activities must have health insurance and a physical.

Middle School District (Poison Spider & Woods) and Non-District Participation Process
District (Poison Spider & Woods) students may choose a school of participation starting July 14, 2025.
Non-District students may choose a school of participation starting August 4, 2025.
Athletics and Activities Office will be available to take payments/school selections:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
School selection choice will be based on first come first served and the schools enrollment capacity.

Middle Level - Virtual, Charter School, & Private School Parent Information
Parents of Non-District students that wish to participate in Athletics and Activities need to complete these steps before they will be able to participate. NCSD Athletics and Activities Office (307) 253-5462
1. Go to the NCSD Athletics and Activities Office; 970 N. Glenn Rd.
a. Pay the $7 catastrophic insurance provided by the WHSAA
b. Select an available school to participate with
c. The Combination School agreement form completed and approved by the District Athletics and Activities Office
2. The parent/guardian will complete the Parental Acknowledgement form on Infinite Campus (link above) before the student may participate. (Access will be given to the parent/guardian by the Athletics and Activities Office.)
3. Parent/Guardian will take all of the following to the approved school of participation:
a. Sports Physical
b. Vaccination Record
c. Combination School Agreement (approved by District Athletics and Activities Office)
