All Parents/Guardians will need to fill out the Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement forms for students to participate in athletics and activities.
All students participating in athletics and activities must have health insurance and a physical.

Virtual & Private School Parent Information
Parents of Virtual or Private school students that wish to participate in Athletics and Activities need to complete these steps before they will be able to participate.
1. Go to the WHSAA and fill out the form and pay the fee.

2. Contact the school your student wishes to participate at and fill out the Combination School Agreement.
3. Contact either Infinite Campus Support at (307) 253-5306 or the Athletics and Activities Office at
(307) 253-5462 to register your student and to complete the Parental Acknowledgements.
4. Fill out the Parental Acknowledgement (you will use the Infinite Campus link above).
5. Take the physical and a copy of the vaccination records to the school your student will participate at.
