The Natrona County School District does not provide health or accident insurance for injuries that may happen to your child at school. However, medical or sports related accident insurance is required for students who wish to participate in secondary level (grades 6th-12th) sports and some activities through NCSD schools.
Information about student accident insurance coverage is available below and is provided by Student Assurance Services.
A variety of accident insurance plans provided by Student Assurance Services are designed to help families:
without medical insurance and needing accident insurance coverage for their child to be eligible to participate in district athletics/activities
for families with high deductibles on their medical insurance coverage
for families who would like full or part time accident insurance for their child during the current school year.
If you purchase sports related accident insurance in order for your child to participate in NCSD sports or activities requiring medical or accident insurance coverage, you must provide proof of online enrollment and purchase or turn in the enrollment form with payment to the school's main office or activities office.
The Student Accident Insurance Guide is available on this page. Please read the information carefully. For more information, contact Student Assurance Services, Inc. (800-328-2739)
