Virtual and Private School Parent Information
Parents of Virtual and Private school students that wish to participate in Athletics and Activities need to complete these steps before they will be able to participate.
1. Contact the school which your student will be participating and fill out the Combination School Agreement form.
2. Go to the WHSAA and fill out the forms and pay the fee.

3. Call NCSD Athletics and Activities Office to get set up with an Infinite Campus Portal Login to be able to fill out the Parental Agreement.

4. Fill out the Parental Acknowledgement (link above).
5. Take the physical and a copy of the vaccination records to the school your student will participate at.
Homeschool Parent Information
Parents of Homeschool students that wish to participate in Athletics and Activities need to complete these steps before they will be able to participate.

​2. You will need to call Debi Wheeler and register your curriculum.

3. Contact the school your student wishes to participate at and fill out the Combination School Agreement.
4. Fill out the Parental Acknowledgement (link below).
5. Take the physical and a copy of the vaccination records to the school your student will participate at.
