​Please Remember:​
  • Applications/requests for District facility use will be accepted beginning August 1, 2022 (8am MST) for the 2022-2023 school year.
  • A current Certificate of Liability Insurance naming NCSD as an additional insured MUST accompany an application for facility use.
  • The District requires a minimum of 2 weeks to process all facility use requests.  Requests entered into the system inside of this time frame will be automatically denied.
  • Once you have submitted the form to be a requester your application will need to be accepted and then you may go in and request the facility.
